The visitors grabbed a goal in the first minute when Andy Donnell got on the end of a Ross McElphatrick cross to beat the Ballymoney keeper.

This was a dream start for Bertie’s boys, who knew that the Ballymoney defence would be hard to breakdown.

Going into the second half the young Peacocks knew they were going to be in for a tough battle.

Stephen Connor controlled things from the back, encouraging his defence to switch the ball from side to side in order to try to create some space.
