Danske Bank Ballymoney flicks the switch on new £500 mortgage deal

House hunters and home owners in Ballymoney could benefit from a major new campaign from Danske Bank aimed at attracting new mortgage customers and boosting the mortgage market.

The campaign includes a £500 cashback incentive for all new to bank switchers and first time buyers taking out a Danske Bank mortgage, the removal of arrangement fees on residential mortgage products and reduced rates on its Base Rate Tracker and Fixed Rate mortgages.

Lorraine Semple, Mortgage Consultant at Danske Bank Ballymoney, said: “Moving house can be an expensive process and those often forgotten costs such as removal fees or stamp duty can add further pressure to already tight purse strings. By offering £500 cashback and removing arrangement fees we are hoping to ease some of that pressure for first time buyers and mortgage switchers.
