Thatch remain in front with comeback victory

The shock result of the week saw the No. 1 Reds win 9-6 over Ibrox; Tam Hagan won the last frame to secure the win with the hosts also helped by a Glyn Williams hat-trick.

Hide AdThe Saints may have been 4-2 down at Ruby’s but an impressive nine-in-a-row saw them come through 11-4.
Recently-crowned 2015 doubles champions, Shaun McAlister and Dean McDonagh, pocketed hat-tricks as did the ever-consistent Anthony McCorry.
Elsewhere, the Gers inflicted more misery on the Feathers with an 11-4 win. Stuart Houston, Lee Hogg and Mark Wilson racked up trebles, while their stablemates BSQ Rangers made a big effort of it at St Comgall’s with only four players but fell short, losing 9-6. Paul Smyth got his first hat-trick forthe Saints, while Glenn Ogilby also landed a treble for the visitors.
Last, but not least, Q Club had Andrew Lilly to thank for winning his three frames including the play-off to secure a 9-7 win over the Thatch Rockets.
